观音头戴花冠，同发髻般高耸，冠叶作花枝状，帽冠中央一化佛。造像面宽额头，慈眉善目，神态慈悯端庄。耳垂花珰，身两侧各有一朵开敷的莲花，左花蕊之上托一瑞鸟，右花蕊之上托一梵箧，双手举于胸前结说法印。天衣帛带于双肩处飘逸缠绕，双臂处自然垂落，优雅别致，极富装饰效果。袒露上身，着天衣，饰璎珞、腕环，下着束腰薄裙，结全跏趺坐于双层莲花座上。衣裙贴附身躯，薄如蝉翼，肌肉曲线隐约若现，衣纹写实流畅。堪称精美绝伦的古代艺术珍品。
