此式三镶如意造型在清代颇为流行，即柄首、柄握、柄端三处镶和阗白玉。此器柄身为红木，包浆亮丽致密，平滑如镜，光可鉴人，镶玉处嵌银丝装饰，上中下分别嵌三块白玉瓦子，作仙人乘楼图案。玉质洁白，致密莹润。原配流苏装饰，两者结合，更显完美。
