此条桌以紫檀木制成，平面长方，长度近宽度的三倍，修长规整。桌面攒框，边抹契合严密，内置板心。冰盘沿，矮束腰，横牙直腿足内翻。板心以黄杨木镶嵌连续万字纹，繁密有致，黄褐色木理在暗红色紫檀的映衬下宁重典美。束腰装饰阳纹方折云纹，长边四组，宽边两组，均匀分布。横牙及腿上浮雕拐子龙纹，转角另配龙纹花牙。四足阳纹如意云头，疏朗大方。王世襄在《明式家具研究》一书中，把腿足在板面四角的称为“桌形结体”，把四足不在四角而在缩进一些位置的称为“案形结体”。长桌长度一般不超过宽度的两倍，超过宽度两倍以上一般称为条桌。条桌分有束腰和无束腰两种，本件即典型的有束腰条桌，而采用镶嵌它木之作甚为别致，锦上添花。
