观音结结跏趺坐，左手托净水瓶，右手当胸以拇指和中指结合持执杨柳枝，作抛洒甘露的手势（法器已佚）。面相丰颐圆润，曲眉似弯月与鼻梁相连，眼睑较宽，神态慈和宁静，典型的明代汉地造像面相特征。双眼微合，俯视前方，仿佛正在冥想之中，又似在出神聆听，寻觅众生求助的呼声，应声前去解救。头戴花冠，冠叶雕刻精细，并向外倾斜，这与藏式风格略有不同，融合了内地造像的审美情趣。身躯雄健，结构匀称，体态优美，整体给人庄严神圣而又慈祥亲切的宗教美感。衣缘处饰以精美的花朵纹饰，胸前饰璎珞，下身着高束腰及胸长裙，衣纹厚重写实，刻划自然流畅，衣缘上錾刻花纹，纹饰清晰，雕刻精细。整体形态端庄，雕刻细致入微，时代风格鲜明，为清康熙瓷佛造像经典之作。
