此件佛坐像头带红色佛帽，帽中以墨刻了佛字，宽额大耳，面相圆润，眉弓如弯月，鼻梁挺直，双目下阖，神态宁静，似闭目沉思，俯瞰芸芸众生。颈部较短，显蚕节纹，躯体丰满健硕，上身着通肩袈裟，下身着僧裙，束带较高，衣纹流畅自如，堆叠疏密有致，双手上下叠放于腹前，跣足结全跏趺而坐。此件作品包浆厚重，形体雍容端庄，法相庄严，毫无媚俗之感，使人望之便觉心境平和，乃视觉、触觉艺术的完美结合。整器工艺、质地皆美，又深具时代韵味，将佛祖的智慧与慈悲之状完美的展现出来。
