白玉质，镂雕龙形觿，周身受沁较重，以红沁灰皮包裹，螭龙身形弯曲呈弧形，于尾部形成尖锥。龙首雕琢细致，张嘴，圆眼，身体部位另有数处镂空，镂空处皆形成锋利的卷角，是为早期线割工艺所致。龙身细节纹理以阴线刻画，流畅自然，每根线条一气呵成，局部可见网格纹装饰。此玉觿形制、纹饰、工艺均具有战国琢玉风格。玉觿于商代开始流行，战汉玉觿制作更为精美，不仅弧度较之前更大，且线条也更加流畅。玉觿除用于佩带装饰的功能外，古人还以此作解系绳结的工具，因此佩带玉觿被认为具有解决困难的能力，是一个人聪颖智慧的表现。
