此灯台小口，短颈设花口托盘，以接下溶化的蜡液，腰身突出一托圈，拱圆形下腹渐阔至底，成为高足，饰波浪纹四道，线条起伏，层次感强，器型敦厚，制作规整，精巧别致，气格高雅。足端无釉，露胎呈灰白色，微泛火石红，胎质细密。通体满施青釉，釉色青绿莹润，翠妍雅致，淡雅恬静，釉质肥厚，釉光明亮。整器釉色素雅，装饰简约，造型精细，严整大气。 龙泉窑釉色苍翠，北宋时多粉青色，南宋时呈葱青色，各式器型应有尽有。元龙泉青瓷釉色为粉青带黄绿，光泽感强，釉层半透明，莹润肥厚，胎色灰白带黄。除了延续生产宋代的器型外，创新品种有高足杯、菱口盘、荷叶盖罐、环耳瓶、凤尾尊等。如本灯台形制独特，是龙泉窑中不可多得的精品。
