巨輪珠，原名＂巨輪注＂型制源於古時的灌溉車具，人力蹬踏使輪具旋轉，導引河水入渠。後人又以巨輪推進船隻，輾轉附會而稱＂巨輪珠＂。 巨輪珠流行於晚清，時多外銷至日本。設計理念以實用為主，器型簡潔、古樸，寬口蓋、直流出水，飽腹、無論拿取握把都十分合手。
