|手炉本是皇宫中后妃们在冬季随身携带的取暖用具，手炉内有铜镀金胆，将炭提前烧好，放入手炉之中，顿时融融暖意弥散开来，摸之抚之，怡然自得。制作手炉的质地有铜、珐琅、漆器等。此手炉铜胎，腹部圆润，下部内收，提梁呈桥型。采用画珐琅工艺装饰，腹部以天蓝色珐琅釉为地，其上绘缠枝莲纹，正中作开光装饰，内绘松鹿图。炉盖顶部为炉箅，侧面饰缠枝莲纹。整器纹饰精细整齐，色彩鲜艳明快。手炉多为铜制，画珐琅器十分少见。本炉造型圆润，纹饰特殊，色彩搭配新颖奇特，颇值珍视赏玩。
