Re-gilded. Some areas of gold paint. Chips, knocks, rubbing and losses to gilding. Splits, knocks, losses and repair to frame. The grotesque mask to the centre of the rail appears to have been repaired or refigured, and there is a disparity in quality. Central stretcher and extra leg added beneath. Traces of worm. Light dirt and marks to upholstery. Joints solid. Springs good.
