Santiage Arcos y Megalde (Chilean, 1865-1912) A shepherd and his dog on an outcrop signed 'S Arcos' and dated '97 l.l., watercolour 22 x 14cm Condition report: The paper has yellowed very slightly, and there appears to be an acidic mount that has left a light stain. Some faint spots of foxing scattered throughout, most visible in the sky. The colours have faded. Not seen outside of glazed frame.
